Rooms are larger than your average dorm room, equipped with an enclosed bathroom/shower, XL twin bed(s,) or double bed(s), bookshelf with seating area, ceiling fan, energy efficient lighting and two large windows for natural light.
Amenities include an interactive common area, business center with computers & printer, laundry facilities, on-site gated parking, Wi-Fi, accessible full commercial kitchen and vending.

The cost - are ultilities included or paid separately? +A: Yes, the room cost includes Wifi and ALL utilities (Water/Gas/Electricity). The only exception would be a hard line CABLE TV to your room.

Is there on-site security (24/7)? +A: Yes, we have 24-7 Security monitoring of all Building angles, entrances, and direct interface with the Paris Police Department.

Is there a furnished and unfurnished option? +A: No, all rooms are standardized with XL Twin Beds, end tables, and closets. Students may bring Refrigerators and other furnishings desired.

Can I use financial aid for monthly payments? +A: Yes. You are welcome to use any available financial aid funds for monthly installment payments.

Do I need a Guarantor for my housing contract? +A: Yes. All housing contracts require a guarantor/sponsor. If an approved guarantor cannot be found, please contact our office for assistance.
